Hey watch that roof !

Seattle area siding crew installs siding with great care....but what about the roofing material that is getting trampled? New build inspections are critical here in the State of Washington. A local building code inspector would not report on this condition, although it can create future disasters and costly repairs in the thousands. Is it just a cosmetic issue? What are the builders project managers getting paid to do?

Hmmm... now that you've mentioned it, I have come across many people who have complained about the mess some workers do. Even though they don't have immediate repurcussions on the roof, some damage may still be done. And it is the responsibility of the contractor to avoid that.
